Can someone please explain to me about what exactly is being revealed when the Quranic revealations say: Adam is created without male or female, Eve from one male, Jesus from one female, and us from a male and female? I do not understand the logic behind grouping these examples together.

I don’t understand the part from 9:00 and on.
Can someone please explain to me about what exactly is being revealed when the Quranic revealations say: Adam is created without male or female, Eve from one male, Jesus from one female, and us from a male and female? I do not understand the logic behind grouping these examples together.
